WHY WE EXIST

THE SCHEDULE DOESN'T MOVE. THE MANPOWER DOES.

A hyperscale data hall can take a hundred people on site every day. The scope gets done. Getting those people there, and keeping them there, is the hard part.

Here is how it usually goes. A contractor wins the cabling phase, then spends two weeks calling around for forty techs who can travel next Monday. Half of what an agency sends has never landed an MPO trunk. The good techs leave after one rotation because per diem came late or nobody told them where the next site is. Every new face on the floor means retraining, and that is where labeling mistakes and long punch lists come from.

Hardline exists to fix that part. A foreman who owns the crew, techs who stay through the rotation and the closeout, and one person who picks up the phone when something goes wrong.

WHAT WE DEPLOY

FIVE CREW TYPES, ONE LINE ITEM.

Receiving and labeling, pre-terminated MPO/MTP trunks, cross-connects, Cat6 and Cat6A, cable tray and ladder rack. Pulled, dressed, landed, tested and labeled to TIA-606.
Cabinet installation, hardware deployment, patching, cross-connects, labeling and as-builts. Crews that understand change control and work clean in live white space.
Documentation, label audits, test-result verification and punch-list closeout when the build is done and the customer walkthrough is next week.
Single-mode and multimode, ribbon and single-fiber. Mass fusion for 12- and 24-fiber ribbon. OTDR testing, bi-directional certification, and closeout documentation delivered with the splice.
Aerial and underground, FTTH drops, splice enclosures, vault and handhole work. Crews that have done both the data hall and the street.

HOW AN ENGAGEMENT RUNS

TWENTY MINUTES TO SCOPE. ABOUT A WEEK TO SITE.

01SCOPE
You send the scope, the site, the headcount and the start date. If drawings exist, we read them. A call takes twenty minutes.
02QUOTE
You get a written rate within one business day: blended hourly or per-unit, with travel, per diem, lodging and tooling stated on the face of it. No discovery of costs later.
03MOBILIZE
We assemble the crew, complete background checks and site-specific safety orientation, submit badging paperwork, and put people on the plane. Seven to ten days is typical. Badging usually sets the date.
04RUN
The foreman takes daily direction on sequence from your superintendent. We stay responsible for the crew: pay, attendance and replacements. You get daily production numbers and one invoice at the end of the cycle.
